Dave Woodcock A 50 year love of aviation began with the building of a Bowers FlyBaby. My interest in EAA started in 1967 and 1968 at the first Arlington Fly-in. I became active in Seattle EAA Chapter 26 as a Chapter officer. I assisted Dick Baxter of EAA 84, then manager of Spencer Aircraft, with the organization, planning, and getting volunteers for the growing Arlington Fly-in.
