Hospitality Chairperson

The following are the responsibilities of the person (s) who volunteers for this position:

Friday:

• Order coffee thermos (regular & decaf) from Cracked Bean
• Buy supplies for burger bash & pastries (Costco)

Saturday:

• Pick up coffee
• Set up tables
• Set out coffee & pastry
• Set out condiments, chips, soda, napkins
• Order pizza from Costco (unless having burgers) & pick up pizza
• Clean-up and store paper goods, soda
• Refrigerate condiments
• Submit receipts to treasurer
