First Solo Flight: Sid Vandiver

It’s time to congratulate Sid on his first solo — truly a meaningful milestone.

As newsletter editor I recently had the opportunity and pleasure to ask Sid a couple of probing questions to gain insight regarding key aspects of his recently logged flight experience:

Q: How do you feel? A: Good!

Q: What was it like?

A: I was nervous.

There you have it!!

Sid has been doing whatever it takes to manage work, home life in Sequim, and FAR Part 141 flying lessons in Olympia.

Fantastic job, Sid. Congratulations!
