If you're 70½ or older, you can give straight from your IRA with a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD). It can count toward your required minimum distribution (RMD).
- Tell your IRA custodian (your bank or investment company) that you want to make a Qualified Charitable Distribution.
- Give them the tax information above: our legal name, EIN, and mailing address.
- Ask them to make the check payable to EAA Chapter 430 and mail it to EAA 430, PO Box 13, Carlsborg, WA 98324.
- Ask them to include your name and address with the check, so we can send you your receipt.
