Build-N-Fly

Greetings to Young Eagles and their parents. In conjunction with our Young Eagles program, we are planning to start a “Build and Fly” series which will include building a radio-controlled model aircraft and teaching participants to fly the model when it is finished. We will also have an R/C flight simulator and instructors available at our meeting site. Materials for this program have been purchased by our EAA chapter, and there will be no cost for Young Eagles or their parents. There is a requirement for a parent to attend the session with their child.
Build sessions will be at Sequim Museum and Arts
544 N. Sequim Ave.
Sessions will be on consecutive Saturdays at 2 pm, beginning on April 8, 2023. Rick Vaux, Vice President of EAA Chapter 430 in Sequim, will be heading up the sessions. Age limits are children from 11-17. The first session will be limited to a maximum of 8 participants.
If you are interested in registering your child for the Workshop. Please email: buildandfly@eaa430.org with your email address and you will be sent a link for registration. Please note in your message the age of your child.
